  • Brent
Mine stays in 'Sync' and does not go to 'Auto Sync'...any helpful ideas as to how to get to auto sync when holding Ctrl and clicking on sync doesn't work? Thanks! :)
  • Hi Brent!

Make sure that you have at least two images selected in the filmstrip. When you hold down the Control key (CMD on Mac) you should see the Sync button turn to Auto Sync. Pressing and releasing the Control key will toggle the button between Sync and Auto Sync. If you click on the button while holding down the Control key you can lock it on Auto Sync.

If that's not working then there may be a problem with your installation. You could try re-installing LR and see if that solves the problem.

Another thing that could cause this is if one of your Shift keys is stuck. If Shift is down then the Control key will not change the Sync button.
